HOW TO USE

If you’ve never used cutters or made ravioli, here's a quick rundown of how to get started:

1. Roll out your pasta dough on a lightly floured surface. 
2. Take your chosen cutter and firmly press down into the pasta allowing the cutter to do its work. Repeat until all your pasta is used up. 
3. Place your filling in the centre of one of your cut pasta shapes. 
4. Carefully place a second cutting over the top of the filling, being careful not to rip or tear the pasta.
5. Finally, moisten the area needing to be sealed with water or an egg wash, and use the roller to run around the edges of the ravioli. This ensures that the parcel is sealed and that none of the fillings will leak out. 
6. Repeat the process until you’ve used all your pasta and cook! 
7. Sit down and enjoy it!
