With a cutting roller featuring 2 sizes, 2mm & 5mm, a press roller that can be adjusted over 6 different thicknesses, and a table clamp for stability, you can create your favourite pasta dishes from lasagne to tagliatelle and fettuccine to spaghetti - all you need now is some eggs and flour!

Fresh pasta is considered superior to dried pasta in several important respects - namely for its tender, silky texture; rich, eggy flavor; and sauce absorption. As well as its delicious flavour, it also takes less time to cook as you don't need to hydrate it, you can also experiment with new ingredients - it's quite a fun process!

Once you’ve rolled your pasta through the press, you can use the sheets for lasagne, ravioli or you can hand cut the sheets into your own rustic pasta shapes. We have also included an attachable pasta cutter that features 2 sizes (2mm, 4mm) for making perfectly cut spaghetti or tagliatelle.
